Dachtler will join the Digital Trends main offices in downtown Portland, Oregon. Digital Trends has grown to become the biggest independent tech publisher in the nation, but previously have never had an officially designated C-Suite title for brand management.
This follows closely on the heels of an expansion of Digital Trends’ editorial department. They also saw a sweep of C-level hires in 2018, and have in the past couple years grown to reach 30 million unique monthly readers to become the world’s largest independent tech publisher. The opening of the new CBO position represents a major step in developing the company’s brand and future, paving the way for more hires and deeper expansion still to come.
