Dual joined the team in July and has been working closely with the company’s executive team to elevate human resources processes in support of the publisher’s fast growth. Dual’s key initiatives include amplifying the company’s commitment to social responsibility with the brand’s industry-leading 7 Point Plan to Meaningfully Address Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; and working to refine systems for career pathing, training, ensuring pay equity and otherwise positively impacting the lives of employees and community members.
